Please note, one of the main SoundTaxi system requirements is Microsoft's Media Player 9 version or higher installed. If you receive "Windows Media Player of version 9.0 or above is required. Install it please" error, perhaps you are using the old Windows Media Player version.

To fix this problem, please upgrade your Windows Media Player from http://www.microsoft.com/
Please also run Windows Update, download and install all existing updates and reboot your PC.
And be sure your are running the latest SoundTaxi version.
