How to activate SoundTaxi Platinum/Professional/Pro+VideoRip?
To activate your trial version please follow these instructions:
- Install and run your SoundTaxi trial.
- Besides the main program window you will see the additional window with "Buy Now" invitation. At the bottom of this window there is "Enter License Code" button.
- Please click on it and you will see the "License Code" window.
- Enter soundtaxi license code and click on "Get Activation Code".
- You will receive your activation code.
- This way you will have a registered version.
- In case you’re unable to get the activation code automatically, please click on the link in “License code” window and try to get SoundTaxi Platinum/Professional/Pro+VideoRip activation code manually. You will be directed to the official SoundTaxi Platinum/Professional/Pro+VideoRip site. Please fill in the product form in order to get an activation code.
- If you don’t have Internet connection or any other activation problems occur, please send your PC System ID (you can see it in "License Code" window) to SoundTaxi Platinum/Professional/Pro+VideoRip support team (support@soundtaxi.info) and we will send an activation code to you by e-mail.

How to activate SoundTaxi Media Suite?
To activate your trial version please follow these instructions:
- Install and run your SoundTaxi Media Suite trial.
- Besides the main program window you will see the additional window with "Buy Now" invitation. At the bottom of this window there is "Enter License Code" button.
- Please click on it and you will see the "SoundTaxi Media Suite Activation Wizard" window.
- Enter soundtaxi serial code and click on "Continue" button.
- You will receive your activation code.
- Please click "Finish" and you can enjoy your successfully activated program
- In case you’re unable to get the activation code automatically, please click on the link in “License code” window and try to get SoundTaxi Media Suite activation code manually. You will be directed to the official SoundTaxi Media Suite site. Please fill in the product form in order to get an activation code.
- If you don’t have Internet connection or any other activation problems occur, please send your PC System ID (you can see it in "License Code" window) to SoundTaxi Media Suite support team (support@soundtaxi.info) and we will send an activation code to you by e-mail.
What should I do if my license code is not accepted?
Please check the entered license code for typing errors. The best way to enter your license code is to copy it from your registration e-mail and paste it into the proper text box in the registration window. If you still have problems, please e-mail SoundTaxi support support@soundtaxi.info and provide us with your order details (your full name, e-mail address, order / reference number).
Why do I get "wrong activation code entered" error?
You can get the above error if you are trying to activate SoundTaxi after you've reinstalled it or made update. Please check the entered license code and activation code for typing errors. The best way to enter your license code and activation code is to copy it from your registration e-mail and paste it into the proper text box in the registration window. If you still have problems, please e-mail SoundTaxi support support@soundtaxi.info and provide us with your order details (your full name, e-mail address, order / reference number).

Why do I receive "The product cannot be activated!" error?
You can get this error if you are trying to activate the program after you reinstall your system or change computer, etc.
Also, you can get the message:
"You can only activate the product for one Windows installation.
For the License Code SXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX the product was already activated on a Windows installation with the System ID XXXXXXXXXXXX.
The Activation Code of the previous activation is XXXXXX.
This Activation Code can only be used on a Windows installation with the System ID XXXXXXXXXXXX"
We do offer free reactivation in such cases. Please write to our Support team and we'll switch your license for free. Our company reserves the right to limit the number of such activations.
Also the above error messages are displaying if you are trying to activate the program on a different PC. Sorry, according to our license policy, one SoundTaxi license code can be activated only on one computer. But we do offer a huge discount on the 2nd copy of the program, please contact our support and get your discount.
