How to fix Error with Diagnostic Code: 101
Follow these steps in order to fix the error on your PC:
Please make sure your SoundTaxi and Windows OS software are up to date. You can download the latest SoundTaxi version from this link: http://www.soundtaxi.info/_dwnld2/SoundTaxi.exe
If the problem persists, please contact to our support team - support@soundtaxi.info.
Please provide as much information as you can.

- Can you play your original file on your PC?
- Screenshot of the error message.
