How to fix Error with Diagnostic Code: 108

Follow these steps to fix error on your PC:

  • Please check if you can play your original files with Windows Media Player / QuickTime Player / iTunes / Real Player (depending on the file type) on your PC. If you can do this, SoundTaxi should be able to convert them successfully.

If the problem persists, please contact our support team - support@soundtaxi.info. Please provide as much information as you can and we will assist you as quick as it's possible. For our support the following is needed:

  • What kind of files are you converting?
  • Can you play your original file on your PC?
  • Screenshot of the error message.
