Why do I receive 'The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it' error?

The cause of the problem is that you have GSService 'Stopped Disabled'. There must be a software conflict with your Antivirus so it might be an anti-virus doing that.

How to fix 'The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it' error?

To fix the issue please follow the next:

  1. Please open services Control Panel by clicking WinBtn+'R', type services.msc and 'Enter'
  2. Find 'GSService' and make sure that it is running.
  3. Right-click and choose 'Properties'
  4. Find 'Startup type' and please reconfigure it from 'Disabled' to'Manual' then press 'Ok' to apply the changes.
