The cause of the problem is that you have GSService 'Stopped Disabled'. There must be a software conflict with your Antivirus so it might be an anti-virus doing that.

To fix the issue please follow the next:

1. Please open services Control Panel by clicking WinBtn+'R', type services.msc and 'Enter'
2. Scroll until you find 'GSService'.
3. Click the Log On As tab.
4. If the 'GSService' is listed as disabled for your profile, right-click the service, and then click Properties.
5. Right-click and choose 'Properties'
6. Click the Startup type list, and then please reconfigure it from 'Disabled' to'Manual'.
7. Click Apply, and then click OK.
