The Extended Download Service (Extended Download Warranty) is an optional service offered by the payment platform (Plimus or Regnow) at an additional cost. Once you purchase this option, service provider we'll keep a back-up copy of your digital files should you need to re-download them for any reason.
Extended Download Service frees you from the time-consuming - but critical - chore of backing up your new software.
Simply purchase Extended Download Service as part of your Regnow order
or Extended Download Warranty as part of your Plimus order.
We’ll automatically store on our server a back-up copy of the software that you purchased and downloaded in your order for two (2) years from the date of purchase. System crash? Hard disk error? No Worries! You can re-download your purchase anytime during your extended protection period.

We will not charge you any fee except the price stated on our official website. The extra fee may be charged for Registration Backup Service or Extended Download Service, which are offered by Plimus or RegNow, in case customers forgot or lost their registration information when they want to re-install the program. In some cases our payment platform charges applicable sales tax. Also they collect VAT from all EU consumers who do not have a valid VAT ID for electronically delivered products.
