Why do I receive "The file is not compatible with iPod. Please convert the file before copying" error?
Please open SoundTaxi settings and find Encoder for Audio files / Encoder for video files. Check your output file format selected currently. Most probably, there were selected the output file format, which is not compatible with iPod/iPhone/iPad.
