Our payment platform is secure. Plimus and RegNow are the two major payment platforms we are employing. Please accept our assurances that your transactions are always conducted over secure connections.
What payment methods do you support?

How can I know if my order is processed successfully or not?
Once the order is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail sent from Plimus or RegNow. After this e-mail, you will receive a registration e-mail from us soon. If your order fails, you are also supposed to receive a notification. In this case, we suggest you to check your order status before placing a new one.

If your order is successful, but you have not received the registration e-mail within one hour, please contact our support team. We will check your order and resend you the registration e-mail.
I can't find my order information. How can I restore license code?

I did not receive my confirmation email/receipt email. What should I do?
Please check your spam and/or junk mail folders as the e-mail may have been sent there. If you are still unable to locate the e-mail you may contact our support team for assistance. We will check your order and resend you the registration e-mail.
Can I order the program on a CD?
While placing the order, please click the ”Add” button on the right to add a CD to your shopping cart. After your order is successfully processed, you will receive a registration e-mail. Period of the delivering the CD depends on the location. Please note, the CD cannot be returned. Before you get the CD, you can download the program from SoundTaxi site and register it with the registration code to get the full version.
I have ordered the CD, but didn't receive it. What should I do?

What is “Extended Download Service”?
The Extended Download Service (Extended Download Warranty) is an optional service offered by the payment platform (Plimus or Regnow) at an additional cost. Once you purchase this option, service provider we'll keep a back-up copy of your digital files should you need to re-download them for any reason.
I was double-charged. What should I do?
Please double-check with your credit-card provider to see if it is the misdirection of the bill. If you are charged twice for one order, please contact our payment platform who is responsible for processing the order.
If you did order the same product twice, please contact our support team, and we will refund you for one of the orders after confirmation.
Why was I charged more than the price stated on your website?
We will not charge you any fee except the price stated on our official website. The extra fee may be charged for Registration Backup Service or Extended Download Service, which are offered by Plimus or RegNow, in case customers forgot or lost their registration information when they want to re-install the program. In some cases our payment platform charges applicable sales tax. Also they collect VAT from all EU consumers who do not have a valid VAT ID for electronically delivered products.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled, once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to request a refund, please contact our support team for assistance.
I received a refund for a product purchased through Plimus/RegNow, but I don't see the credit. Why?
Once the refund has been processed, it will take about seven to ten business days for the credit to appear on your account. If the credit does not appear, please contact your credit card company, and ask where they have posted the credit information. In many cases, banks will post information later than expected.
